1. Creative Writing (Powered by the Ron Clark Academy Spin)

  • The Experience: Creative writing at Ingenue goes far beyond quiet desk work. Infused with high-energy, immersive Ron Clark Academy methodologies, scholars dive into interactive storytelling, world-building, and expressive narrative design.

  • Skills Mastered: Descriptive vocabulary, character development, story structure, critical analysis, and the confidence to read and perform written works aloud with emotion and flair.

2. Gaming & Game Design

  • The Experience: Scholars move from playing games to building them. This forward-looking STEM elective introduces scholars to the fundamentals of game mechanics, narrative scripting, interactive logic, and level design.

  • Skills Mastered: Basic coding concepts, digital asset creation, user experience (UX) design, strategic logic, and collaborative problem-solving using modern creative software.

3. Performing Arts (Theater)

  • The Experience: Stage presence translates directly into life presence. Our performing arts curriculum introduces scholars to the magic of theatrical performance, script reading, set coordination, and character analysis.

  • Skills Mastered: Public speaking, vocal projection, body language awareness, active listening, stagecraft, and overcoming performance anxiety.

4. Band & Chorus

  • The Experience: Rooted in rhythm, harmony, and discipline, our music program gives scholars a deep appreciation for both instrumental execution and vocal performance. Scholars collaborate as a unified ensemble while building music literacy.

  • Skills Mastered: Music theory, ear training, rhythm and timing, sight-reading, dynamic control, and ensemble coordination.
